The 15 litigation stages and funder returns

A claim’s stage sets the fixed funder return for new commitments. Earlier stages carry longer duration and higher risk, so they carry higher returns.

  • Minimum commitment: £10,000 per claim (or the remaining balance if smaller).
  • The rate is locked when you sign. Later stage changes never change an existing commitment.
  • Typical claim duration is 12 to 24 months. Funding is non-recourse.

Returns are targets agreed in advance and are not guaranteed. You could lose all capital committed.
