Terms of Website Use

Last updated 10 Oct 2026

These terms apply to your use of the 3Pay Global website and mobile app (together, the Platform). Funding agreements, the Level 3 terms, solicitor terms and NDA are separate documents you accept inside your account; if they conflict with these website terms, they prevail for the matter they cover.

1. Who we are

The Platform is operated by 3Pay Global Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 8615606), registered office 78 York Street, London W1H 1DP. Contact: info@3payglobal.com, +44 (0)20 7692 8977.

2. Not regulated, not advice

3Pay Global does not carry on any activity regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Nothing on the Platform is financial, legal, tax or investment advice, a financial promotion or an invitation to invest. Funding litigation is high risk and you could lose all the capital you commit. Take independent advice before committing funds.

3. Accounts

You must be 18 or over and give accurate information. Keep your password and one-time codes private; you are responsible for activity under your account unless you tell us promptly that it has been compromised. We may suspend an account to protect the Platform, other users or to meet legal obligations (for example, anti-money-laundering checks).

4. Acceptable use

Use of the Platform is also governed by our Acceptable Use Policy. In particular you must not attempt to access other users’ data or confidential claim documents, copy or share confidential material, probe or disrupt the Platform, or use it unlawfully.

5. Confidential material

Case summaries and documents shown to Level 3 co-funders are confidential and covered by the NDA you accept. They are view-only inside the Platform and each opening is logged.

6. Our content

The Platform and its content (text, design, logos, lessons and podcasts) belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property law. You may view them for your own use but not copy, republish or sell them without written permission.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Platform available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change or withdraw features, and we may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.

We are not responsible for third-party sites. Payments are processed by Stripe (cards) and Apple (in-app purchases); their terms apply to those transactions.

9. Liability

Nothing excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for loss arising from your reliance on information on the Platform, from the outcome of any claim you fund, or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Law and complaints

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction (consumers in Scotland or Northern Ireland may also use their local courts). To complain, follow our Complaints Handling Procedure.
